The ACJA 2015 is a comprehensive and progressive legislation that has been widely applauded by various stakeholders in the criminal justice sector. The ACJA 2015 is expected to address many of the challenges and problems that have plagued the administration of criminal justice in Nigeria for decades. However, the success of the ACJA 2015 depends largely on its effective implementation and enforcement by all relevant agencies and actors.
